Skeeter Tichnor is a Certified Anusara Yoga®Teacher who advocates a holistic approach to Life. The unique wisdom and beauty of the Anusara Tantric Philosophies and Universal Principles of Alignment guided her to devote the past 4 years of her Life to study directly with John Friend. Skeeter has had the great honor to assist John Friend at workshops in London, Park City Utah, Denver Colorado, Santa Fe New Mexico, and Japan.

After 18 years of study, Skeeter has an expansive knowledge of the many diverse forms/philosophies of Yoga. Skeeter is also a guild certified Feldenkrais® Teacher and Bones for Life®Teacher. Skeeter began studying the work of Dr. Feldenkrais in 1983. She continues to deepen her Yoga practices and teaching through the insights she gains through her Somatic practices.

Skeeter has extensive experience working with people from many countries, diverse cultures and challenging states of Health. She works with people with brain and spinal cord injuries, developmental disorders, stroke, as well as very gifted performers in Arts / Dance and Athletics.

She teaches and transmits the Direct Experience and Recognition that life is a profound gift! Skeeter enthusiaticly invites you and guides you into ever expanding revelations of the Power of the love within your own heart.
